The products you add to your order list are saved only in your own browser, on your device. They are not sent to us until you choose to send your order on WhatsApp. You can clear the list at any time from the order list page.

Orders on WhatsApp

When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, your name as shown on WhatsApp and the details in your message. We use them to answer you, confirm your order and arrange delivery. WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy also apply to messages sent through it.

Enquiry and contact forms

If you send a wholesale enquiry or a message through this website, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, business name, phone number, email address, location and message. These are stored in our website's database and sent to our team by email, and we use them only to reply to you and follow up on your enquiry.

Visitor statistics

We count visits to this website with privacy-friendly statistics that do not use cookies, such as which pages are viewed and the country a visit comes from. These numbers help us improve the site and are not used to identify you.
