Tamba is the Hausa name for finger millet, a small reddish-brown grain grown and enjoyed across Northern Nigeria. Our Tamba Flour blends it with white rice, ginger, aidan fruit, tiger nuts, dates and cinnamon for a pap with gentle warmth and a hint of natural sweetness.
Cook it into a thick, smooth breakfast pap, or keep it lighter as a comforting warm drink. It pairs beautifully with akara or moi moi.
Storage
Keep the pack sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and use a clean, dry spoon each time.
